I have a few questions about each since I started playing during christmas and missed Halloween, so therefore I was a complete noob during wintersday so I have a couple questions.
1: How did you get the pumkin hats, yuletide and antlers? Was it the same way as you got the CC weps or what or was it like the Tengu mask.
2. Do you think Anet is doing them both again?

1: I'm not sure about the pumkin hats as I was unable to log in during the Halloween event much. The Yuletide and antlers hats were a gift from either Dwayna or Grenith respectively. In order to get one there was a little competition in each district of Lions Arch and which ever side had the most people in each district, that side would win the hat of which ever side they were on. So to help people get the hats they wanted easily, the players started delegating which districts would get which hat and everyone went with this. Fun was had by all.

2: I hope they do it again. It was pretty fun.

Like the Tengu mask. On Halloween, the Mad King would spawn every few hours. You can look at the link for what happened when he was there. When he left, everyone in the instance was given a Pumpkin Crown.

The Wintersday event was slightly different. You had Carolers of Grenth and Carolers of Dwayna in two distinct cliques in Lion's Arch. During the event, if your particular district had more people around one deity's carolers than another, that deity would appear and throw around random gifts (among other things). When they left, you got the hats. You can guess which Avatar gave which

Their focus is constantly going to be on the next chapter, so I highly doubt it.

I really hope they do since I miss the wintersday thing but the halloween thing was the coolest thing ive ever seen done to a game just for a holiday
